Spinning Wheels

You ever have one of those days where you feel like you are spinning your wheels and getting absolutely nowhere?

That is me today.

I cleaned the whole kitchen this morning ... because I did nothing with it yesterday and it was a complete and total disaster... and I just walked into it a few minutes ago and it still looks messy.

I hate that.

And then? I cleaned the whole bathroom, even the floors... and that got me thinking- why can't boys aim? Why is there ALWAYS pee on the floor beside my toilet? Why???

Packing is at a bit of a stalemate... I figure I'll get back into it once the boys are back in school.

WHICH, by the way, is happening in a mere 4 sleeps!! I am way more excited than the boys :) Just think of all I can get done with them both in full time school only only Olivia to contend with??

We went back to school clothes shopping this morning and I almost had heart failure in the store. Seriously. Back to school costs way too much money. And Aiden has decided to only wear black this year. Interesting child is he not?

Ok, I am off to spin my wheels some more.

What are you all up to today?

I make my boys sit. Seriously. I'm the only girl in the house and I don't like pee on the floor. I can squirt milk across the room but I don't, and they can stand to pee, but they don't. There is no controlling the neighbor kids though!

Back to school costs way too much. I am, however, thankful for a VERY strict dress code, which limits most clothing discussions at our house!

Internet security is a good thing. Let me tell you a story. When I got my first computer I didn't know nothing about internet security and someone hijacked my computer with a worm. My computer went kaboom and I didn't know why it quit running on me. I had to take to a friends house to figure it out. After he couldn't do it I brought it home and read a few magazines and figured out I have to format my whole hard drive. I lost everything. From that point on I have been so secure with things online.

I have those days a lot. Yesterday was one....it was hard to focus. I'm trying to stay on track, today. And your question about boys peeing on the floor? Not only did I have boys that peed on the floor in my last preschool class, but I had one that pulled down his pants and pooped in the middle of the room. By his choice. True story.

I also make my boys sit. But I know that doesn't go over well for a lot of guys...

School starts tomorrow for Will. He's excited and will be until he remembers that he actually has to do something at school. Then Tues, my other two start. 2 1/2 whole hours to myself 4 days a week. Woohoo!
