Healing laughter

I just spent the last hour talking to my dear friend Cecile on the phone. It is amazing how one good friend can make you feel so much better isn't it?

That is why I am so thankful that God has given me friends. It's always nice to know there is someone who will put up with my nonsense!

And laughter really does do the body and soul good.

I highly recommend it.

I'm 100% with you on this. I feel INCREDIBLY fortunate to have a group of friends I can depend upon. In my 30s, it's hard to make good friends, and I feel so lucky and blessed to have them. :)

OK, something weird happened, so I don't know if this is the second comment or not. I love, love your new look! So bright, pretty and cheerful. Sorry you're not feeling yourself. Thank God for good friends, right? Keep laughing:) You're in my prayers.
